Harry Morton strikes again. With his original SoCal Pink Taco Mexican restaurant and bar located in the Westfield Centry City mall, the LA party boy plans to extend his business into quite a large freestanding space, the former Miyagi's on the Strip slated to open by June. Which means that he will be jockeying for customers with the Andaz, Saddle Ranch, The Standard...yeah. A seemingly appropriate space for its second location. Also, according to Pink Taco's website, San Diego and Miami outposts are also in the works. Morton has applied for a full liquor license, can't have those margaritas with sake or wine. [EaterWire]
