HOLLYWOOD As anticipated, the Chick-fil-A Cows helped knock down a Carl's Jr. to make way for Hollywood's first Chick-fil-A. Gawkers were treated to Chick-fil-A sandwiches (not that new one), expect an opening early this coming summer. [EaterWire]

CENTURY CITY Apparently well-known NYC chocolatier Jacques Torres has never sold his sweets on the west coast (strange)...until now. Jacques plus wife Hasty, owner of Madame Chocolat in Beverly Hills, have teamed up (how cute) with House of Balsamic for a pop-up shop at the Westfield mall. This week's hours run 9AM-10PM, and 9AM-11PM next week. [EaterWire]
