Andres debuted Jaleo, his tried and true Spanish tapas spot from DC, in addition to a completely new Chinese/Mexican combo known as China Poblano. My Last Bite hopped a plane for the venue's opening party and recounts her entire experience from Jaleo's massive paella-making station to Salt-Air Margaritas and an open-air dumpling steaming depot at CP.
