Though many of the restaurants within the nearly two-week-old Cosmopolitan hotel are still tweaking their menus, Eater was, nonetheless, able to score a few bills of fare. For anyone planning a New Year's Eve (Jay-Z/Coldplay, anyone?) trip to LV, here are some potential dining options from Jose Andres (Jaleo and China Poblano), Scott Conant (Scarpetta and D.O.C.G.), Eric and Bruce Bromberg (Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill), Stephen Hopcraft (STK), David Myers (Comme Ca) and Anthony Midenbauer (Holstein’s). Unfortunately, Costas Spiliadis' (Estiatorio Milos) menu was not available, however he did state that the offerings at Milos’ in-house fish market will change daily depending on what comes off the plane from the Mediterranean. People may always look to find their Milos Special (paper thin zuccini and eggplant with tzatziki), speads, octopus, calamari, shrimp, crab cakes and salads to start, with several beef and lamb preperations offered as mains in addition to the uber-fresh seafod.
