Fast Food Freakouts

Two Burger King workers in Florida were arrested yesterday after slipping Hydrocodone pills into sandwiches that they served to customers. The powerful sedative was found in a chicken and a fish sandwich, both of which were prepared by the same worker on the same night. Both the BK employee who drugged the food, and the co-worker who sold him the goods were arrested after customers found the pills. The district manager of the Burger King in question said the employee most likely slipped the drugs inside the sandwiches "because he was disgruntled and angry." [Florida Today via Eater National]
