More fun news from newbie Eagle Rock Brewery. Last we heard, ERB planned to partner up with Intelligentsia to create a lighter coffee beer, now they are taking notes from a Sweet Lady Jane and Doughboys staple to create an Imperial Red Velvet Ale. Fortunately, or unfortunately, no cake will be harmed in the making of this beer, rather "the name is a reference to the mouth-feel of the Imperial Red." The beer should be available in about a month. [Brand X]
