For a dim sum fanatic, this could be the best thing since sliced bread. Welcome to the Dim Sum Truck. No need to trek out to SG Valley now thanks to recent USC grad Alex Chu who also is also considering a "Dim Sum Cart." Think a smaller truck (Coolhaus-style) that slings dumplings with a limited menu that changes often. As for the truck, the official launch is slated for February 27, get excited for shu mai, har gow, pork buns, chicken buns, all the usual suspects including egg tarts and sweet sesame balls for dessert.
