Next Tuesday, on National Pancake Day (seriously), IHOP will serve up a free short stack of buttermilk pancakes from 7AM to 10PM. Though the grub is gratis, IHOP asks that guests make a donation to Children’s Miracle Network, a non-profit dedicated to improving children's hospitals. [EaterWire]
