1) Mid-City: So, the lights are out for Natura, and in its place now comes Blanco's Tacos. Peeking through the windows it looks just about ready to open. [EaterWire]

2) West Hollywood: Remember back in October the news about Salt's Cure, a new butcher shop and deli for WeHo? Well, very exciting news, construction has finally begun and owners Zak Walters and Chris Phelps have submitted their application for a liquor license. Right now looks like an opening could happen around the end of April. [EaterWire]

3) Pasadena: Checking back in at Quadrupel Brasserie comes news that the casual French bistro and Belgian beer pub will debut next week, February 25. [EaterWire]

4) Mar Vista: Still more froyo. Geez. Popping up on the corner of Washington Place and Centinela is Cherry on Top. The chain serves froyo with flavors like Peach Tart, and Cake Batter. The full list of flavors and toppings lives here. [EaterWire]

5) Culver City: Also bracing to open is Lunch's next door neighbor, Libra. Last we checked, the restaurant was coming together, now comes word that the Korean-Brazilian bbq eatery is awaiting final inspections and should open in two to three weeks. [EaterWire]
