MID-CITY— Steven Arroyo has yet again changed his ailing (?) cafe Potato Chips for the eleventh time. He started with sandwiches, then added tacos, and as of last week he's now trying his hand at breakfast per the new "Breakfast Sessions" sign in the window. [EaterWire]
OC— OCW reports on a second outpost of Dosa Place which recently took over a Tony Roma's in Tustin. The restaurant can hold up to 1000 guests and serves 20 different types of dosas-- some six feet long. No joke. [OCW]
SILVER LAKE— Grub Street reveals that Chris Hora has begun a slow takeover of SiLa Bistro. Breath a sigh of relief, Oral will not, in fact, be the final name of the restaurant. In other news, Hora is now serving a mildly Czech-influenced menu. [GS]
