Crepe 'n Around Hits The Streets Early March

What can be said about the food truck movement other than there's clearly more to come... Which brings us to Crepe 'n Around, a new mobile crepe-slinging vehicle conceived by husband and wife duo James and Eileen Radzik whose resumes include stints at Patina and Gordon Ramsay. The truck is set to serve sweet and savory galettes and crepes with seemingly Americanized toppings: Pork Loin with mixed greens and apple chutney; Chicken Pesto with basil aioli, mixed greens and oven-dried tomatoes; Chocolate and Marshmallow with Nutella and whipped cream.
