Las Perlas Tequila and Mezcal Heaven Set To Soon Serve

Good news for Tequila and mezcal fans, Cedd Moses' Las Perlas is just moments from its debut. The bar will first hold a very soft opening with a few nights geared to tastes for friends/family and press, followed but its grand launch a few weeks later. Just a reminder, Raul Yrastorza, Las Perlas' GM who previously managed the bar in Cole's has created the menu that will boast the finest selection of Tequila and mezcal available in the country. Glance over right for the first exterior shot, clearly Las Perlas boasts a dark and pale green color scheme based on the pervious plywood shots from months back.
