Mixt Greens Opens Monday, Tender Greens Opens Next Week, Food Truck Block Party This Weekend in Silver Lake

MID-CITY— Mixt Greens at Miracle Mile was supposed to debut today, but unfortunately a fridge broke so now the opening of LA's second location has been postponed to Monday. [EaterWire]

HOLLYWOOD— Another fast casual salad-ish concept, Tender Greens is set to open its forth eco-friendly outpost in the Sunset & Vine Tower next week. This will be the largest Tender Greens that exists at 3900-square-feet with seating capacity for 120 and a private outdoor patio. [EaterWire]

SILVER LAKE— This weekend the Silver Lake Art Craft and Vintage Market is hosting their first monthly Food Truck Block Party to be held at Micheltorena Elementary School on the last Saturday and Sunday of every month from 10AM to 4PM.
