Opening a bit earlier than expected comes Pasadena's Quadrupel Brasserie, a French bistro-Belgian pub hybrid with over 70 beers available in bottle. The solid selection includes more than enough craft beer picks like Echt Kreikenbier, Deus, and St. Bernardus 12, among many many more plus four seasonal brews rotating on tap. Upscale pub grub matches the craft beer list with separate categories for snacks at the bar, appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Here one can start with sweet and sour shallot rings or roasted bone marrow, followed by steak frites for dinner and croissant bread pudding for dessert. Come hungry.
