Tom Colicchio Hosts Weekend Benefit, Huckleberry Adds Booze, Catch Gets New Wine Bar, MORE!

CENTURY CITY— On Sunday Tom Colicchio and CAA's Bryan Lourd will co-host a fundraiser with FEED Projects and Vanity Fair to benefit The Hungry in America Project. Bites will be prepared by Tom, Nancy Silverton, Suzanne Goin, and Top Cheffer Michael Voltaggio. The even takes place at Craft from 5-8PM, tix are $250 a pop. [EaterWire]

SANTA MONICA— More news from team Josh Loeb and Zoey Nathan. As of two days ago Huckleberry now has a beer and wine license! Starting Tuesday the ever popular bakery and cafe will begin offering a small selection of artisanal beers and small production wines to accompany regular and weekend brunch menus. They plan to rotate one red wine, a white, a rose, a sparkling and two craft beers. All wines are $9/glass, mimosas are $10, and craft brews between $5 and $7. [EaterWire]

Management has switched things up a bit and that sushi bar has been replaced by a wine bar with a new menu that features both small plates and family-style dishes.
