Chaya Venice To Temporarily Shutter For Revamp, Varnish Opens on Sundays, Central Ave Farmers Market Back in Biz

VENICE— After 20 years of business, Chaya Venice will shutter for a week at the end of March to undergo a mild redesign. Meanwhile, on March 27 a pop-up bar and lounge called CHAYA Go will temporarily take over. [EaterWire]

DOWNTOWN— Starting this weekend, classic cocktail abode, Varnish, neatly tucked inside Cole's, will commence drink service on Sundays.
