In addition to Baby's Badass Burgers and Grill 'Em All, there's another burger-slinging vehicle in town, Patty Wagon 100% Grass Fed Hamburgers. The truck hit streets about a week and a half ago serving sustainable, "healthy," mini burgers made from grass-fed animals pasture raised in Idaho. Five mini burgers are on offer costing between $2.25 and $3.25 ranging from a classic burger to a blue cheese and caramelized onion option to a burger smothered with house-made gremolata (garlic, lemon, parsley butter). Fries are cut from organic potatoes and burger buns are sourced locally to round our the greenness factor. Find them today via Twitter. [EaterWire]
