LA's Top Chefs Pool Together In Cart For A Cause Food Truck

On March 23 the St. Vincents Meals on Wheels LA chapter of the nationwide Meals on Wheels program will launch Cart For a Cause, a really rad food truck run by an impressive list of LA's top chefs. Basically, the truck will travel around LA every Tuesday through the Fall and serve three different $10 meals with all proceeds benefiting St. Vincents Meals on Wheels. Each month look for a different chef and menu, first up to bat is LA's very own Nobu Matsuhisa. Other confirmed chefs include Walter Manzke (formerly of Church & State), Susan Feniger (STREET), Sal Marino (Il Grano), Eric Greenspan (The Foundry), Josef Centeno (The Lazy Ox Canteen), Jean Francois Meteigner (La Cachette), Vinny Dotolo and Jon Shook (Animal), Michael Cimarusti (Providence), plus more in the works.
