Top Chef Alum Stefan Richter Plans 3rd LA Restaurant

It all started back in August when top chef runner up Stefan Richter debuted his first Los Angeles restaurant after much speculation, Stefan's at LA Farm. He walked away with two stars from the beloved SIV, then most recently opened a second eatery, Stefan's on Montana last month. Yesterday evening, below the star-spangled night sky at the StarChefs Rising Stars Gala, Stefan confided that he has a third restaurant in the works on the other side of town, perhaps Hollywood or West Hollywood, though he provided no exact confirmation.
