More Restaurants Announced For Santa Monica Place

New, 2 comments

So far there are a slew of fast casual eateries, as well as that big gourmet market, The Market, (think SF's Ferry Building and NYC's Chelsea Market) slated to opening within the forthcoming Santa Monica Place. Now, several more eateries are officially attached to the mega-mall and first up comes The Curious Palate, the original location for this market driven cafe and gourmet shop exists in the Venice/Mar Vista area. TCP will serve its signature low key market -driven fare. Also onboard is Kings Road Cafe, a Weho cafe which recently opened a second location in Studio City, so this outpost will be its third. Previously reported newbie Rockenwagner cafe is also on the opening list, in addition to Coco-Luxe Confections, a high end chocolate shop/confectionary based in San Francisco. While Santa Monica Place will still debut August 6, The Market should open later in 2010 or early 2011. That's all the news for now but don't worry, there's sure to be more.
