Feast catches up with King Keller for a two part Q&A, the first of which runs today. With regard to LA dining, Keller dishes that he would like to open Bouchon Bakery next door to Bouchon on Canon: "there’s a space right next to our building right in the front door. We just haven’t been able to come to an agreement with the city yet. Hopefully it will work out." And perhaps Ad Hoc is headed for LA? "...And yeah, we may open an Ad Hoc here in LA.
