More Details on Jeffrey Cerciello's Foray Into LA Dining

Earlier this month came the initial report, regarding Jeffrey Cerciello, Director of Casual Dining for the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group, and his imminent takeover of the former City Bakery space in the Brentwood Country Mart. Here now a few extra details. First off, the entire endeavor is still in the very early phases. The concept has yet to be named, an interior designer still needs to be hired, and the first major design meeting happens this week. However, that big open space pictured above will become half restaurant and half retail market, so diners can either eat in or score some loot and take it home. That's the word for now.
