SANTA MONICA— Umami opens tonight at Fred Segal but looking down the road a bit, owner Adam Fleischman is pairing up with currently restaurant-less David Haskell for a night of burgers and booze. April 7, two seatings at 6 and 9PM, $35 per person for Umami sliders paired with Haskell's vino/brews of choice.
