PhoCiti, Two Bits, Eateries and a Bar Headed to El Dorado

1) West Hollywood: Taking over the old Dos Tonos Tacos space on Santa Monica Blvd comes the fourth outpost of mini chain PhoCiti. Check out the 65 dish menu here, note this eatery will be open 24/7. [EaterWire]

2) Downtown: Also headed to the Alexandria building comes Two Bits, a fresh produce market conceived by Brandi Lozano, newbie to the food world, and Vianey Delgadillo, owner of Bar 107 and The Down & Out. The gourmet market was inspired by Bi-Rite in San Fran and will sell the requisite array of gourmet wares, cheese, wine etc. [blogdowntown]

4) Downtown: Curbed shows off the revamped El Dorado building downtown and brings word of several foodie ventures coming soon. First up, an "upscale European" restaurant slated to take over the lobby and mezzanine area, and a new bar has already signed a lease to take over the underground area, check out the second to last photo, that staircase leads to the bar area.
