1) Burbank: Still a ways to go for Tony's Darts Away, the old school dive undergoing an eco-friendly revamp. So far the exterior remains untouched, however inside it's plywood central. Once finished, look for 30 California beers to tap, locally sourced sausages and other lighter bites. [EaterWire]

2) Beverly Hills: Moving into the Le Grand Passage complex on Canon comes The Salad Bowl, a seemingly casual lunch option for local residents, looks like that mix and match salad situation. Construction appears almost complete. [EaterWire]

3) Hollywood: Plate lunch is coming to Hollywood via mega chain Ono Hawaiian BBQ. Yet another outpost has appeared, bathed in bright orange paint, at the corner north east corner of La Brea and Sunset. Sort through the eats here. [EaterWire]
