Status: Opened last Friday
Sit inside, outside at a sidewalk table, or in the back patio at newly opened Sublime Food Lounge. The ill-fated Wilson's space on Washington lives again in an updated, modern setting with house-made charcuterie and a globalized American menu that offers everything from tuna tartare to bone marrow to squash blossom flatbread. The menu, organized by chef Randall Rosa, is divided into salads, soup, small plates, flatbreads, large plates, and dessert with all dishes under $20. Looks like this could be a welcome new addition to Culver City.
