Four Cafe is finally ready to open after having passed healthy inspections, and according to the restaurant's website tomorrow is the big day. Chef Michelle Wilton debuts her new spring menu which features a crispy pancetta and fig salad (with baby spinach, point reyes blue cheese, slivered almonds and fig balsamic dressing), a grilled asparagus sandwich (with shaved fennel, avocado, sheep’s milk feta and arugula drizzled with california olive oil) and a pear tart (vanilla poached pears and almond cream in a shortbread crust). House-made all natural sodas includes mandarin (lime, agave, sparkling water), grapefruit (agave, sparkling water) and gingerade (ginger, honey, blood orange). Michelle's husband Corey built the bold space, which was documented on their blog. Starting tomorrow, open daily from 11AM to 9PM.
