Wow, this is a biggie. Wait, is this an April fools joke? According to OCW, Mr. Kitchen Confidential himself, Anthony Bourdain, the potty-mouthed pirate known for his French bistro restaurants in NYC, Les Halles, and his always entertaining stints involving bizarre foods in the tv experience No Reservations on the Travel Channel, is shacking up down south! The word: "Bourdain will be opening a West Coast branch of his successful New York French brasserie, Les Halles, in the space formerly occupied by the Arches on Balboa Peninsula, according to a permit application filed with the City of Newport Beach."
