Eater NY received a number of tips and photos this morning claiming that the first east coast In-N-Out Burger would be opening this summer within spitting distance from the Shake Shack in NYC. The real estate agent for the space denied any plans for the alleged new location, and it turns out that this was just an elaborate April Fools hoax. Nicely played, burger pranksters. [Eater NY]
