Spacecraft headed Premiere's design which is comprised of a large room on the ground floor bordered by arches, raised seating, and a 100-foot bar. Opposing staircases lead upstairs to a second level which overlooks the dance-floor and DJ booth. The upper level boasts an additional, full-service bar and balcony seating. However, since the venue's theme will change seasonally, the setup is really like a blank slate to house whatever concept Vinny decides to play with.
When Premiere debuts in May the club's first incarnation will manifest itself as a mid-century Spanish theater inspired by the works of Gaudi and Dali, starring flamenco dancers, matadors, and bull fighters. Walls are draped in crimson velvet curtains, with exposed brick and stucco, dark-stained pine, and wrought-iron accents.
And wait, let's not forget about the food. On offer, "comfort food snacks with a European twist." Personal pizzas and panini, cheese plates, quesadillas, and baked chicken wings. Also look for specialty seasonal drinks and custom-made shots available by the bottle or half bottle at VIP tables.
