The Pershing Square Building Gets Pie Boy Pizzeria Plus Other Eateries In The Works

Downtown gets some fresh pizza action via newcomer Pie Boy Pizzeria. Blogdowntown reports that the casual cafe opened last week replacing kosher Hill Street Pizza in the Pershing Square Building. In fact, co-owner Doug Rausenberger (Regional Manager of Border Grill restaurants), building owner Jeffrey Fish, and executive chef Brian Kiepler (Nick + Stef's Steakhouse) plan to open later this summer a small plates, market-driven restaurant and bar that will occupy the top three levels of the building. And, looks like a ground floor eatery and basement bar are also in the works. [Blogdowntown]
