Last year, Dana Goodyear was lucky enough to get up close and personal with our beloved Jonathan Gold. This week in the New Yorker, Goodyear puts out a story on Animal's founders/chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo. The "Bill and Ted of the Los Angeles culinary scene" are still dodging most talk of future plans, but "a second restaurant seems imminent."
