Chef Sergio Penuelas has left Mariscos Chente in Mar Vista according to Chowhound. He is currently cooking at the Mariscos Chente at 10020 Inglewood Ave, Inglewood. Penuelas is going to be there Thursday through Sunday; when he's not there, Mariscos Chente's founder and owner Vincente Cossio will be behind the stoves. No word yet on who will take over the Mar Vista location. [CH]
