Yes, Ubuntu's (Napa) acclaimed veg-friendly former chef Jeremy Fox heads to LA next month to turn pork-centric restaurant Animal into a meat-less haven. From May 17-May 23 (Monday-Thursday & Sunday 6PM-10PM, Friday & Saturday 6PM-11PM) Fox will serve a multi course prix fixe collaboration of vegetables paired with thoughtfully chosen wine and beer.
