Kassava Resto Launches 2 Jamaican-Serving Kassava Trucks

New, 2 comments

Midtown Lunch reports on yet another food truck now rolling through the streets, actually, two trucks, really, the Kassava Truck(s) launched by mid-city Caribbean/Jamaican eatery Kassava. On the truck(s), the lengthy menu is mostly Jamaican-influenced, think brown stew chicken, jerk chicken, and curry chicken, oxtail, spicy curry goat served with rice and beans, steamed cabbage and plantains, costing around $7. There's also Jamaican pastries filled with meat, sandwiches, and a slew of sides (salad, veggies, mac and cheese). A solid offering, especially from a truck. Locate the Kassava Trucks via Twitter.
