Andre Guerrero Will Close Marche Next Month

Just seven months after opening, owner Andre Guerrero has decided to shutter his Sherman Oaks restaurant, Marche. The last day of service comes May 8. The restaurant did receive a solid review from SIV in November with a 2.5 star rating, though those high marks only went so far. This shutter could be a result of the economy or of demographics, according to Guerrero, regardless he plans to keep the space as a test kitchen and commissary for the Oinkster, a second of which is in the works. Anyway, through May 8, stop by Marche for extra special deals as Guerrero attempts to liquidate stock.
