SANTA MONICA— From May 11-25 Belgian- style beers take over the taps at Library Alehouse. Invest in a $15 Chimay glass and get $5 refills for the full two weeks. MANHATTAN BEACH— Starting tomorrow, newish neighborhood bistro Four Daughters commences dinner service. A bit further down the line, on May 16 the eatery launches quite the deal, "Sunday Suppers," a 3-course prix fixe meal for $15 with $10 bottles of house wine and $2 Drifter Pale Ale from 6-10PM.
