Though it's been soft opened since earlier this year, West Hollywood's newest bakery, Plaisir, officially debuts this Thursday. Come by for French-inspired desserts from crepes to cream puffs to Belgian waffles a la mode, coffee and tea too, plus croissant sandwiches and quiche.
