Kerry Simon Makes Cotton Candy and Talks Restaurants

The girls of Dallas-based Foodie Couture happened to make friends with Kerry Simon (Simon LA, LA Market) at Vegas Uncork’d this past weekend. While teaching the girls to make cotton candy he mentioned that LA Market is doing great and he will soon open two new restaurants. The first to debut will be Simon Prime - Atlantic CityKGB in New Jersey followed by Simon’s Gourmet Burger and Vodka Bar in Dallas’ new Granite building.
