LAist spies a new traveling food vendor, Popcycle Treats, not to be confused with Locali's The Icycle. Think ice pops in flavors like Salty Cucumber Lime and Cantaloupe with Anise for $3 a pop created by chef Michelle Sallah (Spotted Pig, NYC; Bar Marmont) and partner (biker) John Cassidy. Flavors will continue to change seasonally as Michelle scores her organic raw ingredients from local farmers markets. While John pedaled around the Silver Lake farmers market this weekend for a mini soft launch, he plans to officially roll out the sweet treats this week. Check Twitter for specifics.
