From underground restaurant to permanent downtown fixture, Starry Kitchen has wowed guests for the past three months with pan-Asian comfort fare. Starting next Thursday the eatery will (finally!) commence dinner service, serving until 9PM. To start out the dinner and lunch menus will offer the same dishes, but eventually both the dinner menu and hours of operation will expand. [EaterWire]
