As previously reported, here is just one more note of confirmation that "chef of the future" Ludo Lefebvre will rock out with his fried chicken truck this summer. Note, that original June 2 launch date got pushed back as well... According to the Chicago Tribune, "By this summer, the 'Ludo Fried Chicken' truck will be rolling around Los Angeles." And Ludo continues on to say, "My dream...is to take it to the Champs d'Elysees and be the first food truck in France." [CT]
