Hm. Well, just a couple weeks ago Daily Pilot reported that original plans to open a Drago outpost in OC at Fashion Island had been scratched and in its place would come another Italian eatery, Rustica. Oddly enough, just three days ago a liquor license was activated in the Celestino Drago name at 1133 Newport Center Drive. So...what's the deal? There is this empty website... [EaterWire]
