Uber chef Bobby Flay has been spending a fair amount of time in LA lately, and when queried about the possibility of opening a restaurant in SoCal he replied, "I'm slightly titillated by the idea." However, he continued on to explain why he isn't going to pursue such a venture which basically amounts to being a NY chef and feeling as though he won't be able sustain a west coast eatery from New York.
