Status: Opens tonight
After a slew of delays, Mignon passed final inspections last night and thus braces to officially begin service tonight around 5PM for Downtown Art Walk. Last night Santos Uy and Danny Kronfli, the team that brought Bacaro to North University Park, held a soft opening and Eater was on the scene. The sartorially-themed Mignon (the space is a former tailor's shop) offers a French-tinged wine list, gourmet cheeses, meats, and other light food. The plan is to be open nightly until midnight and eventually extend that to 2AM.
