Last night Mignon debuted to Downtown Art Walk-goers (a year and a half after the project's inception), and here now final interior shots. The small, rustic industrial space offers just a handful of bar stools where guests can sip and savor "off-the-beaten path French and Old World varietals" according to proprietors Santos Uy and Danny Kronfli. That plus a short list of light bites like cheese, charcuterie, almonds, olives, and the lone dessert, also in cheese form, honey ricotta crostini.
