PopShop Debuts Seasonal Fruit Popsicle Cart

Well, more like four is a trend in this case. First came the food truck craze, now carts are in? There's Locali's Icycle (btw, what ever happened to that?), then the Popcycle was born, and let's not forget about the most recent addition, I Heart Fruit Cart. Now, welcome to Emily Zaiden's Popshop popsicle cart. Zaiden creates seasonal fruit pops (all ingredients sourced from local farmers markets) in fun flavors, her newest additions include rhubarb, pineapple Thai basil, and raspberry prosecco. In the past she has sold the frozen treats around town at farmers markets, but now adds mobile food vendor to her repertoire, kinda. Emily plans to rent the cart out for private events, but could also appear at festivals and farmers markets. Pop-ups to be announced via Twitter. [EaterWire]
