Paul Shoemaker boasts quite the resume. He started his career off at Water Grill, moved with Michael Cimarusti to open Providence, then in a moment's notice succeeded Walter Manzke at Bastide. As the website foreshadows, Savory will serve California cuisine, so that means locally-sourced, sustainable, organic, farmers market fare. [EaterWire]
