Food Bloggers Launch Filipino Truck: The Manila Machine

Despite a few recent shutters, the food truck revolution is nowhere near slowing down. In addition to Kitchen 24's mobile vehicle, another newbie preparing to hit the road on June 10 is The Manila Machine. But, there's a twist. This Filipino food truck is actually masterminded by food bloggers Marvin Gapultos of Burnt Lumpia and Nastassia Johnson of Let Me Eat Cake. It was only a matter of time before food bloggers started opening restaurants, trucks... Anyway, feel free to check out the menu which is broken down into adobo, lumpia, pan de sal sliders, desserts, and drinks, and catch the truck when it debuts at the LA Artwalk.
