After a two year shutter, Da Vinci Beverly Hills reopened in March. The restaurant launched with an updated look and new executive chef, Jason Fullilove, who had formerly worked at Ilan Hall's The Gorbals. Last month, Bizben published a public listing revaling that Da Vinci was on the market for $999,000, and now comes word that chef Fullilove has left the restaurant with plans to open his own eating establishment downtown. He is especially interested in sustainable seafood, but hasn't solidified the concept just yet.
